Tree Identification Walking Tours

The Kentucky Division of Forestry leads a Tree Identification hike once a month at local park trails. This program demonstrates how to identify various types of trees by leaves, twigs and buds, bark, flowers, and other characteristics.

The program lasts approximately one hour and makes use of easily walked trails. They are able to cater to the needs (and ages) of the audience.
