Sparky the Fire Dog at the Story Trail

For this Story Trail event, we partnered with the local fire department to do Sparky the Fire Dog at the Story Trail.

Sparky is the official spokesdog for the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and Sparky's book was posted at the trail throughout the month of August.

For the event, a member of the fire department wore the Sparky costume and greeted kids, and at the end of the trail they made a paper plate Dalmatian craft.
