Petting Zoo

We wanted to bring the Tails and Tales Summer Reading Program to life by having a Petting Zoo at the library.

We had Honey Hill Farm bring us a 20-animal Petting Zoo with all our favorite barnyard storybook characters: chickens, ducks, pony, sheep, goats, Alpaca, llama, miniature cow, and a donkey.

We set up the Petting Zoo in the field behind the library.

Feed and hand sanitizer were provided by Honey Hill Farm.

We had good weather and a phenomenal turnout-466 people!
