Diving with Sharks

Today we are lucky enough to share the planet with some of the coolest animals ever to exist! Learn from a Kentucky scientist all about what it takes to swim with sharks in their own environment, and how marine biologists are working to save them for future generations.

We utilized the Kentucky Academy of Science Speakers Bureau to bring a professor from Northern Kentucky University to visit the library and discuss her experiences diving with sharks. She also brought shark artifacts and scuba equipment for kids to see and touch!
