A Pinch of Spice: The History of Spices and How to Use Them

Pinch Spice Market, based in Louisville, sources and hand-makes high quality organic herbs, spices, rubs and blends. The founder of this the business generously agreed to do a presentation for the library to discuss all things spice: the history of spices, tips and tricks for cooking with spices and herbs, and why organic and fair trade matters when it comes to spices.

The presentation was excellent, I would certainly recommend. He also gave some good book recommendations and even threw in a coupon code for the store.
