Adult Program Round-Up

Here's a round-up of some miscellaneous adult programs we had December-March before we had to close for COVID-19.

Tea Light Snowmen Ornaments - We also used this easy craft as an Outreach activity at our Senior Citizen Centers.

Sock Snowman Craft - apparently we were big on snowmen this year!

Origami Heart Valentine Craft - complete with frame!

Jitterbug Dance Lesson - taught by a local dance instructor. This one was a wild card that ended up having a pretty good turnout. All we had to do for it was clear chairs, have some bottled water, and give them an outlet for their music.

Personal Protection for Women - we had great interest in this, but unfortunately our volunteer instructor had to cancel last minute due to the death of a close friend. We plan on rescheduling for another date.

Adolph Rupp Chautauqua - we hosted this performer from the Kentucky Humanities organization.

Gardening Workshop - done by the UK Extension Office. This one got canceled in light of COVID.

Poetry at the Art of Life Poetry Workshop - done by a professor at a community college, this one was also, unfortunately, canceled due to COVID-19.
