New Year's Resolutions Programs

We went with a New Years Resolutions theme with January adult programming. All programs were free through local organizations, except the genealogy program, which was in-house. We also tried to get a Star Gazing program through a local Science Center, but it fell through.

Presented by the Kentucky Cancer Program. Consisted of a presentation, call to action, and tips for how to quit.

A program through the UK Extension Office. Included tips, snacks, and planning strategies.

Presented by a professor from our community college. It consisted of a Powerpoint presentation, Q & A, and a worksheet portion.
