I bought green paper lanterns from Hobby Lobby, but added another sloppy coat of light green, with another coat of dark green on top of that. The face I drew and cut out from cardstock or construction paper and hot glued to the red lantern. The lanterns are just hot glued to the bulletin board.

I liked the "hungry" theme for November. In the past I've done The Giving Tree (for gratitude) and a reading turkey.

Once it was time to change the bulletin board, I hunt the lanterns up in the Easys.
