Story Time: Pirates

This was my first time with Claire Freedman's "Pirates Love Underpants" and I think it's a little long and a little over the heads of my story time kids. Probably won't use it again, although I do like the book. "Bubble Bath Pirates!" by Jarrett J. Krosoczka and "Pirate Nap: A Book of Colors" by Danna Smith were great, though!

Our craft was a paper bag pirate puppet. The template came from Crafts by Amanda, and I used print-outs for the shirt and bandanna. I had all the pieces cut out already, via the library Cricut, so they just had to be assembled for our craft. They all turned out really cute!
